CONTRACT OF OWNERSHIP
This document certifies that
(hereafter known as the Master)
takes ownership of
..
(hereafter known as the slave)
at the time and date specified below.
This Contract is binding for an initial probationary period of three months, at which time it will be reviewed by both parties.
Reviews will then take place annually from the date of the initial signing.
This Contract may be terminated at the discretion of the Master at any time on the grounds of serious disobedience by the slave.
ARTICLE 1
The First Responsibility of the Master is the safety of his slave.
He should protect his slave from any unwarranted harm.
Unwarranted harm is defined as any harm that has a lasting detrimental effect on the slave's health, home, work, finances or family relationships.
ARTICLE 2
The Second Responsibility of the Master is to develop the submissive nature of the slave and train him in good service,
using whatever means he deems fit.
ARTICLE 3
The First Duty of the slave is total obedience to his Master.
He will obey every command that is given to him by his Master.
A command is defined as any directive given to him by his Master and can be spoken, written or non-verbal.
ARTICLE 4
The Second Duty of the slave is to honour his Master.
He honours his Master by committing himself to his role and service with enthusiasm and pride.
ARTICLE 5
The Third Duty of the slave is to respect his Master.
He demonstrates respect for his Master by his attitude, speech and presentation.

STANDING ORDERS
These Standing Orders are commands from the Master to the slave, to be adhered to at all times.
These orders may be amended by the Master at any time.
1 - All commands will be obeyed without question.
- i - The slave will, however, inform the Master if he believes that obeying an order will, due to circumstances unknown to his Master, result in unwarranted harm.
- ii - Failure to obey a command, for any reason whatsoever, constitutes an incidence of disobedience and will warrant punishment,
2 - Any incidence of disobedience which occurs out of the presence of the Master must be reported to the Master at the earliest opportunity and within 24 hours, in writing via email or hardcopy, detailing the time, date, command violated, description of incident and explanation for the failure to obey.
3 - The body of the slave is the property of his Master. The slave will treat all of his Master's possessions with the utmost care and respect, and this includes the slave's own body. The slave will take good care of his own body, maintaining good health by a good diet, regular exercise and avoiding harmful substances. He will, at any time, inform his Master of any illness, injury or symptoms of ill-health of which the Master is not aware, including any symptoms that may indicate unwarranted harm.
- i - The slave will never stand to use a toilet, he will always sit. When sitting he will not use the seat but will sit on the bare basin.
- ii - The slave will not expose himself naked, or expose his naked genitals or buttocks, without his Master's permission, to any person except his Master or a medical professional.
- iii - The slave may not engage in any sexual, sensual or submissive activity without the permission of his Master. This includes masturbation, watching pornographic films, any sensual acts with another person such as kissing, cuddling, hugging, petting, massage, wrestling, flirting, foreplay, penetration; any BDSM-related activities such as bootlicking, consenting to bondage, consenting to receiving physical pain or obeying the commands of any other person other than his Master.
- iv - The slave may read sexually explicit written material and look at sexually explicit still images (including websites) for research purposes only.
- v - The slave may give massage to another person for practice purposes only, but if he or the recipient becomes aroused the massage must stop immediately and this must be reported to the Master as an incidence of disobedience.
4 - The slave will show respect for his Master at all times.
In all communications he will address his Master as "Sir".
When given a command he will respond "Yes, Sir."
- i - The slave will refer to his Master, when speaking to others, as "my Master" or "Sir".
- ii - The slave will speak nothing but the truth to his Master.
- iii - The slave will never interrupt his Master when his Master is speaking.
- iv - The slave will show respect to all BDSM Tops and vanilla tops and address them as "Sir."
5 - The slave will not sit in his Master's presence without permission but will stand.
- i - When given permission to sit, he will sit on the floor at his Master's feet,
unless given permission to use furniture.
6 - The slave will not stand or walk in front of his Master, unless he is in Attention State or has been told to do so, but will stand or walk behind him.
7 - When the Master lends the slave to another Top on a temporary basis, the slave will obey the temporary Master as he would his Master, providing that in so doing he does not violate any of his Master's commands.
If the temporary Master gives the slave a command which violates a command of the Master, the slave will respond "Sir, I apologise but I cannot comply without violating one of my Master's commands, Sir."
If the temporary Master then insists that the slave obey his own command, the slave is then released from any obligation to obey him, until his Master decides to renew the authority of the temporary Master.
8 - Punishment is inflicted for correctional purposes in response to an incidence of disobedience. Implimentation of punishment is at the Master's discretion, as is the form of physical or non-physical punishment chosen.
- i - Failure to submit to punishment constitutes a further violation, compounding the original offence, and may result in termination of the Contract.
- ii - The slave will, however, inform the Master if he believes that implimentation of a particular punishment will result in unwarranted harm.
ATTENTION STATE
When the Master tells the slave "Attention." the slave will enter Attention State until his Master tells him "At ease.".
Whilst in Attention State, the slave will:
1 - stand with eyes forward, feet shoulder width apart, wrists crossed behind his back,
facing his Master until instructed to stand in a different location;
2 - not speak unless spoken to
(If he needs to speak about something important he may say "Sir, permission to speak, please, Sir?");
3 - avoids eye contact with anyone, including his Master, unless instructed by his Master to do otherwise.
